By accessing and using QGenx Technology's software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

QGenx provides cloud-based business operations software including:

- Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Attendance Management System
- Stock Audit System
- Business Intelligence (Prism BI)
- Custom Development Services
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must ensure all users comply with these terms
- You must not share account credentials with unauthorized parties
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
- Services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
4.3 Free Trial
- Free trial periods are available for new customers only
- Credit card information may be required to activate trial
- Service automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
5. Data Ownership and Usage
5.1 Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you enter into the system
- We store and process your data to provide the service
- You can export your data at any time
5.2 Data Backup
- We perform daily automated backups
- We recommend maintaining your own backup copies
- Data recovery is available upon request subject to our backup retention policy
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Overload or interfere with the service infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
7. Service Availability and Support
7.1 Uptime Guarantee
- We target 99.9% uptime for all services
- Scheduled maintenance is performed during off-peak hours
- Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice
7.2 Customer Support

- Phone support is available during business hours
- Response time targets vary by subscription plan
8. Intellectual Property
QGenx Technology retains all rights to:
- The software, including source code and documentation
- Trademarks, logos, and brand materials
- Any improvements or modifications to the service
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for partial months of service
9.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these terms and conditions
- Your payment is overdue
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Your usage poses a security risk to our systems
9.3 Data Retention After Termination
- Data is retained for 30 days after account termination
- You can request data export during this period
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- QGenx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QGenx harmless from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the service
- Violation of these terms
- Infringement of any third-party rights
12. Changes to Terms
- We may modify these terms at any time
- Material changes will be notified via email
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
